• Be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Submit URLs that contain illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to manipulate search engine results deceptively
• Submit URLs for websites you do not own or have authorization to manage
• Abuse or overload our systems beyond your subscription limits
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Pricing

Our subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SERPTide Indexer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR URLS WILL BE INDEXED BY SEARCH ENGINES OR THAT INDEXING WILL RESULT IN IMPROVED SEARCH RANKINGS. SEARCH ENGINE INDEXING IS ULTIMATELY CONTROLLED BY THE SEARCH ENGINES THEMSELVES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERPTIDE INDEXER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SERPTide Indexer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
